Mile Steward

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 29, 2026.

By using Mile Steward you agree to these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Not tax or legal advice

Mile Steward helps you keep a mileage and vehicle record. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Mileage rates in the app are published rates that may change or be revised; check current IRS guidance or ask a tax professional. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you report.

Accuracy

Automatic detection depends on your phone, its settings and conditions, and can miss or mismeasure drives. Distances recovered from motion history are estimates. Review your log.

Your data

Your data is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for backing it up.

Subscriptions and purchases

Any paid features are sold through the App Store and managed there, including renewal and refunds.

Acceptable use and liability

Do not use the app while driving in a way that distracts you. The app is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
